Welcome to Venue.ca! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Venue.ca ("Platform"), a marketplace that connects customers ("Users") with venue providers ("Venues"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Venue.ca.

1. Platform Services1.1 Venue.ca provides an online marketplace where Users can browse, compare, and book Venues for various events.1.2 Venue.ca is not a party to any booking agreements between Users and Venues.1.3 Venue.ca does not own or control any of the Venues listed and is not responsible for the services provided by the Venues.

2. User Responsibilities2.1 Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.2.2 Users agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking inquiry.2.3 Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Platform.2.4 Users are responsible for verifying the suitability of a Venue before making a booking.

3. Venue Responsibilities3.1 Venues must provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability of their listings.3.2 Venues are solely responsible for fulfilling their commitments to Users.3.3 Venues must comply with all legal requirements, including permits and licenses.3.4 Venue.ca reserves the right to suspend or remove any Venue that violates these Terms.

4. Booking and Payments4.1 All bookings are subject to acceptance by the Venue.4.2 Venue.ca may facilitate payments, but all financial transactions are between Users and Venues.4.3 Cancellation policies vary by Venue and must be reviewed by Users before booking.4.4 Venue.ca is not responsible for refunds, cancellations, or disputes between Users and Venues.

5. Dispute Resolution5.1 Users and Venues are encouraged to resolve disputes independently.5.2 Venue.ca may assist in dispute mediation but is not obligated to intervene.5.3 Venue.ca is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages resulting from bookings.

6. Limitation of Liability6.1 Venue.ca provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.6.2 Venue.ca is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.6.3 Venue.ca does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of Venue listings.

7. Privacy Policy7.1 Users agree to Venue.ca’s Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of personal data.7.2 Venue.ca does not sell User data to third parties.

8. Termination8.1 Venue.ca reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.8.2 Users may terminate their account at any time by discontinuing Platform use.

9. Changes to Terms9.1 Venue.ca reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.9.2 Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

10. Governing Law10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia.10.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
